Philadelphia SkylineTriple Threat Foundation was formulated in August 2007 as a partnership between principle owners Eric Worley, Shawn Gee, and Carnell Groomes.

Due to the many obstacles and challenges facing today’s youth, the above mentioned men decided to collaborate and form Triple Threat Foundation.

All three gentlemen are proud graduates of Central High School of Philadelphia, who went on to obtain bachelors and masters degrees in their respective fields.


Eric Worley is a graduate of West Chester University and Gwynedd-Mercy College, and has worked in the Education field since graduating in 1998. He currently serves as Principal at a Philadelphia charter school. Due to several years of volunteer coaching on the Philadelphia area basketball circuit, Eric has developed and established great relationships with coaches, players, and parents in and around the Philly area. Eric will serve as the director of Triple Threat Foundation.

Shawn Gee is a graduate of Millersville and George Washington Universities, and has established himself as a successful businessman. Shawn developed and established his own company, SEFG (Sports & Entertainment Financial Group). As the president of SEFG Shawn is responsible for managing the finances of well known artist and athletes such as; The Roots, Kanye West, Jill Scott, Andre Iguodala, just to name a few. Shawn will serve as the business manager of Triple Threat Foundation.

Carnell Groomes is a graduate of Millersville and Shippensburg Universities. Carnell is a long standing employee of the City of Philadelphia where he serves as a social worker at the Youth Study Center. Due to his natural ability to relate to today’s youth, Carnell has experienced great success in dealing with youth from all walks of life. Carnell will serve as the assistant director of Triple Threat Foundation.
