Congratulations to Philly Triple Threat 13U Girls team who swept the Challenge of Champions Tournament this weekend. This was a GREAT way to start the AAU Season for the young ladies.

The team was led by the terrific point guard play of Deja Rawls, and center Lauren Moses. Deja controlled the pace of each game this weekend and seemed to always make the right pass at the right time.  Lauren was an unstoppable force in the paint. Also, athletic wing player, Aaliyah Worley had a very strong showing this weekend. Aaliyah contributed on both ends of the court with her aggressive style of play.  Also noteworthy was a courageous effort by smooth shooting forward, Dominique Ward, who continued to play and contribute even after suffering a painful shoulder injury early in Game 2.
