The Philly Triple Threat boys 12U and 13U teams are in Harrisburg at a Super Regional Tournament hosted by the Central Penn Ballers. Our 12U team has been VERY impressive, winning both games by a margin greater than 40 points. Josh Sharkey (pictured), Jason Clark and Jalil Elliot led the way today, however it has really been a full team effort.
The 13U boys had a tougher road today as they played 2 tough games against tough opponents. In the first game against a tough Wall 2 Wall team from Central Pa., Nafis Smalls lead the way with a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds and PTT pulled out a 2 point victory. In the second game against the PA Chargers, a team that defeated PTT in the regional tournament last year, the entire team contributed to a hard fought 5 point victory.

On behalf of the Central Penn Ballers, I would like to thank Philly Triple Threat for coming out and representing my home town very well. Our 6th grade matchup was a tough one that you hate to see anyone take the loss. Both teams played hard. And that’s all a fan, coach, or parent can ask for. Thank you.
Peace!
Craig Peters – Central Penn Ballers
Head Coach 6th grade/12U
